Our exact delivery charges depend on the customer's location and the combination of items ordered.
Delivery Timescales
Depending on how busy we are at the time your order is placed, the products listed will typically take 10 to 12 weeks to manufacture, including delivery within the same timeframe.
Delivery Guarantee
The service we use depends on the products you have purchased. You will be emailed a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Delayed Delivery
No liability will be accepted for incidental or consequential losses suffered as a result of delays in delivery.
Product Guarantee / Faulty Goods
All products supplied are made to order and come with a manufacturing guarantee.
We are not liable to accept returns unless the product is manufactured with a fault.
This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
All goods that have developed a fault or are faulty have to be returned to us and the cost of the postage is paid by the customer.
We will pay for the item to be returned back to you.
Cancellation of Orders
If you decide to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving payment, there will be a 20% surcharge.
Any cancellations after 7 days will result in losing 40% of your deposit, as all orders are made to order.
Returned Goods
We don't accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Items which have been installed in a vehicle will not be eligible for a return unless the item has a manufacturer defect.
In some instances with prior approval we may allow the return of goods which have been fitted but they would need to be returned complete with no marks or damage and will incur a 25% restocking fee.
The refund will be subject to inspection once the item has been received back.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging.
You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked.
The returns must be put into writing and received within the 7 day period.
